Common Questions Answered
What's included in the monthly rent?
The rent includes your furnished room, three home-cooked meals daily, high-speed WiFi, regular cleaning, and all utilities (electricity, water, etc.). AC rooms have a slightly higher charge.
What are the visiting hours for guests?
For security reasons, male guests are not allowed in the rooms. Female guests can visit between 10 AM to 8 PM in the common areas after proper identification and registration.
Is there a security deposit required?
Yes, we require a one-time refundable security deposit equivalent to one month's rent. This is returned when you vacate after deducting any damages (if applicable).
Can I cook my own meals?
Yes! While we provide meals, you're welcome to use the shared kitchen to prepare your own food. We have designated cooking hours and expect all residents to clean up after themselves.
